What is the dress code for each event?

Will there be transportation provided to the wedding venue?
There will be shuttle transportation from Carmel-By-The-Sea to take you out to the wedding venue in Carmel Valley and back at the end of the night. Additional details will be provided closer to the weekend. Should you prefer to drive, we will provide information on parking locations as well.
What is the best way to get to Carmel-By-The-Sea?

Will events be indoors or outdoors?
The welcome party and wedding day events will all be outdoors. Please note that all wedding day events will be held on grass so we recommend you leave your stilettos at home. In addition, the weather cools down at night so you may want a light jacket for evening events.
Is there a gift registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, however if you would like gift ideas, we will have a registry set up in the coming months.
Where should we stay for the weekend?
We have a block of rooms at La Playa Hotel, which you can call to request availability on. For additional accommadation options, please see our Travel Info page.
Are children invited?
Yes! We love your kids and would be honored to have them there to celebrate with us. As the weekend gets closer, we will provide additional information regarding kids meals and childcare.
What weather should I expect?
We anticipate the weather to be (hopefully) sunny with high temperatures around 70°F (21°C) and lows around 50°F (10°C).
Are there meal options for those with dietary restrictions?
Yes, our venue is able to provide a meal for anyone with allergies and dietary restrictions. You will be able to fill out this information when you RSVP, but feel free to reach out to us to discuss options at any time.
